Available via secure login, the online portal provides a comprehensive reporting suite that displays real-time performance metrics in 15-minute intervals. New reports are continuously being released as they are developed by our in-house team of developers.
By combining data from Workforce, our Avaya ACD, chat and social interactions, and partner technology platforms (such as Zendesk and Salesforce), we’ve created integrated, multi-channel reporting that provides a single view of data across all channels.
By further customizing these reports to focus on specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across channels, we are able to identify and correlate them through various customer touch points, such as phone, email, chat, and social, and provide actionable insights.
